Had her as a doctor, and she was okay at first. The #1 problem I had was HER VOICEMAIL WAS ALWAYS FULL. I could not leave a message and no access to an email either. Showed up to an appointment, and when I called the first time, I did not hear anyone on the other side so, I said I was downstairs, then the phone hung up. Then a few more minutes went by and no one came down. Then I called a second time, and I said I am downstairs in front waiting to be let in. Mind you this time a little girl answered. Then she hung the phone up. Now 5 minutes after my appointment was supposed to be started, I called yet a third time, and the girl answered the phone again, and I said I am downstairs out front waiting to see the doctor and she said we are not there, she is in the hospital and hung the phone up. So I gave a week to see if I would get a call back apologizing for not being at the appointment and trying to reschedule for a new one. Now here I am after 2 months and still never got a call back. I found a new doctor who is prompt and courteous of my time and values communication with me to assist me for my needs. It’s not my responsibility to call you numerous times after I told you that your voicemail is full and it is unprofessional that you do that to patients. I also find it unprofessional that a girl answers the phone and has to tell me the doctor is in the hospital, let alone she even has access to the phone. If anyone is looking for a doctor, please look for someone that has a voicemail or some form of being able to communicate with you when you need medication or you need a question answered. I feel like there should be an explanation as to why this occurred and how you can earn the trust of someone to come see you in a time of need or that you are mature enough to answer questions. It seems like a person recently had a problem with you and seems like you finally emptied your mail box but why after 2 months? What changed? I also find it very disrespectful that I have an appointment with you and you ghost on me and never call me back. Yet I find out from a source that you are known to see someone for some time then ghost on them. That does not sound very doctor like. I may not be very vocal but this is something I have kept inside me for so long and you now need to see what you have caused. And maybe people need to see your true colors before calling you. You are a doctor and I am supposed to trust you.

My husband has had her no show to appointments. The only time she ever answered her phone when he has called she told him she was in a session with a patient and couldn’t talk then- who answers the phone while with a patient? Instead he is constantly leaving voicemails and waiting for callbacks. On average, it takes over a week and 3 voicemails to receive a call back. He has run out of medication twice now while waiting for her to get back to him. She told him a week ago she would refill his prescription over the phone after not showing up to his most recent appointment (she claims it was canceled and the office forgot to notify him). The pharmacy still has not received it and we’ve left two voicemails since. Now today while reattempting his medication refill her phone no longer rings and we’re told her voicemail is full. I absolutely regret ever suggesting this doctor and wish we had found another one. It’s been six months of trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and we’re finally done. Please do not waste your time or money here.
