THESE PEOPLE LIE LIE LIE!!! I CALLED YESTERDAY AND ASKED IF DR KAKER WAS WORKING IN MANASSAS OFFICE, THE RECEIPTIONIST SAID YES HE IS SO WE MADE THE APPOINTMENT. I AGAIN ASKED HER THAT THE APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE WITH DR KAKER, SHE SAID YES. AFTER MAKING APPT FOR MY 2ND CHILD, I ASKED HER AGAIN ABOUT APPT BEING WITH DR KAKER, SHE SAID YES IT IS. ONE OF THE RECEPTIONIST CALLED ME THIS MORNING AND SAID MY INSURANCE DOESN'T ACCEPT DR KAKER. I TOLD HER I WILL CONFIRM WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY. AFTER DOING A CONFERENCE CALL WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND THE RECEPTIONIST, CONFIRMING DR KAKER IS IN NETWORK, SHE SAID DR ODONEL IS SMTG IS NOT. I SAID MY APPT IS NOT WITH HIM, AND ITS WITH DR KAKER. SHE SAID DR KAKER DOESN'T EVEN WORK OUT IN MANASSAS LOCATION. SO BASICALLY, THEY LIED TO LURE ME IN SEEING ANOTHER DENTIST. SO WERE THEY GONNA TELL ME AT TIME OF MY APPT, YOUR APPT IS NOT WITH THE DENTIST YOU WANTED? EVEN MY INSURANCE COMPANY TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST MAKE SURE YOU GUYS UPDATE THE PROVIDER LIST AS DR KAKER SHOWS AT MANASASSAS LOCATION.nAFTER MAKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR MY DAY FOR THESE APPTS, I NOW HAD TO CANCEL BECAUSE OF THIS LIE FROM THEM LURING CUSTOMERS IN TO SEE ANOTHER PROVIDER AND NOT ONE YOU REQUEST FOR.nBE AWARE EVERYONE. MANASSAS LOCATION IS SCAMMERS, LIERS.nI HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR, BECAUSE DIDN'T ALLOW ME TO POST THISnTHEY DESERVE 000000000 NO STARS

That was the worse experience ever by the office we have, I was recommended by the other Dr. To take an appointment for my baby son and I was called and got the appointment thay said it will be one day job and will be finishing only by one visit but the worse things was that when we get there they said we can't do that the hospital is close bla bla,bla... finally I wasted my time there to get nothing...

Very unprofessional save your time and money and go somewhere else they waisted my time.

Truly always have a great experience coming here! I have to thank Maria at the front desk for always being so nice and courteous and Henry for always treating me and my family with such respect and always being able to answer our questions! Definitely recommend this dentist to anyone
