I had just been almost ripped off by pep boys and these people took great care of me. Got me in quick. Fixed my tire in 30 minutes and educated me on a few things also. I would definitely recommend. They don’t take advantage of you and have wonderful customer service!
Amazing customer service! I go to them for everything for my Jeep, a Jeep I bought from Shannon Auto Sales. The auto repair department is incredible. Always so kind and helpful. Great service at a fair price. I was broken down and needed a tow truck. They sent one out right away and then had my car diagnosed and repaired in 2 days. Keith in service was great to work with.
Had spark plugs replaced improperly so my whole engine was shaking. Messed up part was my salesperson drove it across the street back to the lot. So either he chose to ignore the problem or cant tell if an engine shaking is bad.
5 stars all the way! Ended up taking our Jeep Wrangler to Shannon Auto Repair for a second opinion after initially taking into the Jeep dealership. We were concerned about the quote from the dealership to say the least. Shannon Auto professionally performed all the necessary repairs for a fair, reasonable and HONEST price. Keith in the shop gave a detailed explanation of the work to be performed and checked in during the process. I would definitely recommend Shannon Auto Repair.
