I had a great experience with VINS Auto. I’m from Washington DC VINS is Manassas Va i honestly didn’t want to take the drive but with a down payment the ensured me that i would be able to drive off the lot that day and that what i did. I loved how the car was waiting at the front door for me it was like the car was always meant for me i walk in and was greeted by the salesman he ask if he could see my ID I gave it to him and he handed me two fresh sets of Audi keys and replied I’ll see you when u get back. I’m in love with my Audi A7

I purchased a vehicle from VINS last July and had a great experience. Unfortunately over the past few months I dealt with a series of noise issues with the vehicle (to no fault of the dealer). Although my warranty wasn't with VINS, their staff went above and beyond to make sure we got to the root of the problem and that I was satisfied. They were creative, responsive, and were willing to help me resolve a situation when it otherwise wasn't their responsibility. David on their team is excellent and I couldn't have asked for better customer service from a team. If you're in the DMV area and looking for a fair and easy car buying experience with a team that will be on your side moving forward, VINS is the right call.
