0/5 I would say. I'm actually going to call the health inspector...or whoever comes to check nail salons out for their cleanliness. This place was so gross. I didn't know peoples standards are okay being this low. They reuse nail clippers and other items on each client. They didn't even wipe down the station prior to switching clients. That's gross. They are rushing so much that practically everything they did to me looks like sh!t. I asked for short nails and I thought I had the worst nails ever from another salon, but these people beat it. I told them that I hated them and I am going to take them off as soon as I get home (TRUE!!). And they did a piss poor job on my nails. Like common I literally could have done a better job. They stated that my nails looked better than my nails prior because I am a nail biter. I blunty told them I would prefer them to be that way. The man is aggressive with your hands when it comes to a complaint.

They are always amazing. Great customer service plus my nails last some times for even three weeks.

Do not go here I went for a full set and the man didn’t do acrylic He did some type of gel and at first they were looking real pretty but the more I stared and focused they were uneven and it hasn’t even been a week and they already coming off -.- what a waste of $40 to be honest they didn’t even look $40 worth. I’ve had nails done for $40 and they come out even and detailed. But it’s okay i guess lesson learned.

Lou does perfect nails, wonderful sense of humor ,prices are good its only himself and his wife so I totally get not always following a schedule people need to understand that and not give bad reviews based on this keep up good works guys(:
