There was no wait. It was not crowded. My prime rib was excellent and the company superb! (I don't know if your company will be as good) :-) We were there for my wife's birthday and had a great time. Outback is always solid.
The food quality is good. We ordered takeout here quite often. The staffs are amazing. Hard working people to make sure things run well. I appreciate the staffs. This review is about the misleading menu item. We ordered a Family meal for 4 (center cut). And it came with 4 steaks but only 1 salad (single portion), 1 fries (single portion), and 1 loaf of bread. Are you serious??? How can a family of 4 meal include only that little side dishes? We felt like being cheated on. Very disappointed while we tried to support restaurants during this pandemic.
Stopped going here 11 months ago because of the service. It's completely gone downhill. Much better service and treatment in Gainesville. Definitely worth the drive.
I enjoyed my dine in at outback here. The waitresses were very nice and polite and made sure I always had what I needed. They were very familiar with the menu and were able to tell me about the dishes because they had tried them. It's nothing like having a waitress that doesn't know a thing about the menu. I look forward to returning.
I've been going to this location for a while and each time there's a waitress who's not assigned to my table that comes by and asks if I need anything. She's friendly, thoughtful and genuine.nnTonight I asked her what her name was: Kat. She's a great employee for this Outback and deserves the recognition.
