My second time going here just stopped in for a couple of beers. I love the state of the art of the design of the building but that is irrelevant if the staff is not trained properly to interact and serve customers and it starts with management. This place has the potential to be one of the top five sports bars in the dmv but management needs to re-evaluate what they’re doing in terms of service maybe bringing in a consultant may be beneficial. That being said keep on improving and upgrading your service and you’ll start to see more 4 and 5 star reviews.

Hidden gem in my own backyard! Fun place for kids of all ages! Clean, spacious, friendly staff. Delicious food. Bar is clean, drinks are tasty and it's a great place to sit and watch a game or play a game or two! Perfect spot for a business lunch or networking happy hour! The staff was very attentive to the attendees of a recent HH I attended. Highly recommend !

I went there one time with my daughter and the people were all very friendly. And it was well-lit and colorful there. They have a variety of games with bowling and a nice Bar & Kitchen for food and beverages

I was at Uptown Alley in Manassas with my family on a Saturday. Check-in process was fast but once we got to our lane, we never received any attention from the wait staff. We spoke to two servers who were always in a hurry but they never returned. I finally had to walk up to the bartender and begged her to place our food and drinks order. After 45 minutes, we finally got our order but trying to reorder was another challenge. We never got the same server the entire time we were there. On a positive note, the bowling lanes were clean and functioning properly.

We always having the best time at Uptown Alley. Clean restrooms and nice employees that want you to enjoy your time at their place. It was amazing to get out and refresh a little. Hope that soon we will be able to return like we used to. Uptown Alley is a Good place.
