1st visit: From the moment I walked in the door from the time I left, the customer service was first class. Food was excellent.n2nd visit: Ordered To-Go and was greeted with the same smiles, service and food. Will def be back.

My husband and I have been going to Skrimp Shack in Mechanicsville since they opened. The food is amazing! Especially the grilled shrimp. That's not the only reason we like this restaurant. The staff there are so kind and helpful. I've never seen them stress out and its always busy! Don't forget to try the collards! They are southern to the core!

Ordered online and told the order would be ready at 6:30pm. It was almost 7pm before it was ready. I had a grilled Skrimp basket and Skrimp and crab Po Boy. The food was cold and the Shrimp had so much pepper on it they were solid black to the point you couldn't eat them. Every drink in the fountain was watered down to the point it was flavored water. Save your money go somewhere else.

We stopped by around 8:30. The place had 2 people eating a couple ordering and 4 working. We stood in line waiting about 2 minutes. Not bad at all in my opinion. But when we got up to the register to order the 2 cashiers just stood there looking at us and chit chatting to each other. Never once did they say can we help you. After a good 2 minutes we just looked at em and one said cani help you. Well I ordered grilled shrimp and blackened piece of fish.the cook said the grill is closed but then says she can cook it after I looked at her. Well then we had to tell cashier 2 what we ordered because the first one could not finish the order?!?! But we received our order and the food was very good. I just do not think I will return to that store because of how the workers just wanted to stand and chit chat.
