Very rude employees.
Refused to accept an e-giftcard that I received as a gift. The card was purchased directly from the Cinnabon website. Rude employees told me if it wasn’t from that location then I can’t use it. Also mentioned that being a franchise is a reason why they can’t accept it but aren’t all Cinnabon’s franchises? Apparently the manager was called on the phone and he told me no they can’t accept it and I was told that if I want to complain then call corporate. This wasn’t the first time I had an issue with this location. I was told here that the churro sandwiches were in Canada only which isn’t the case. Two other nearby locations had it that I got them from. I did call corporate and they weren’t happy to hear what had happened. The next day I received a phone call from the manager or possibly the district manager. He made a pathetic attempt to make it right but I’d rather take all of my future transactions to the other two locations that I’ve had much better customer service at.
