Area is clean, well kept. Really pretty. Back of subdivision where single family homes are, not so much. People not taking care of lawn. Wonder If that will eventually affect overall property values????

Nice place to live, but starting to find construction short falls. That will cost some money to correct. I don't think I would recommend them to anyone. Builder cut corners to save.
