In general the work is fine but if I would like to say that in these times of covid the worker who enters a house should wear a mask out of respect for the people who live there. Also the issue of shoes, in my house I have white carpeting and the man came in with shoes without caring that they were wet. I think that to give a good service you must also respect the house you enter.

We had a condensate pipe leak. After submitting a claim through American Home Shield, EAS Inc. was assigned to come out and inspect and submit a work order to AHS. The technician, Bobby, identified the area and told me exactly what needed to be done. Once AHS approved the work, EAS came back out and fixed the leaking pipe.
Technician very knowledgeable with issues surrounding the air conditioner. He was very friendly and patient. He explained clearly the actions he took to resolve the issue.
EAS installed our new furnace via @American Home Shield with all the about selected. Quality, professionalism and transparency. Looks great works even better.
