Place is huge and super clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will help you find whatever. Make sure your whole party brings ID, or you won't be able to checkout, even if it's just you buying.
We bought some liquor worth $60, and when we went back to return it within 15 minutes the supervisor was super rude and told us the manager will make the decision on alcohol refund on a case by case basis, and asked us to come back the next day. We went back the next day hoping to return it, but the manager was very arrogant and told us it’s the state law after asking the price of our purchase even though we did not touch. Avoid Safeway and purchase your liquor at total wine! Apparently It’s state law only for Safeway but not for total wine for alchohol returns. This is so pathetic!
