No phone calls, LinkedIn responses, radio silence.nnFor how hard someone works in an interview preparation, to get a generic response that you can find online that has your name just inserted as rejection from 3 weeks of interviews seems very unprofessional.nnSeems they were faker then I thought, wanting to work for this company was a dream with the career opportunities they provide, but it’s a world where it’s who you know and for someone not knowing anyone on the inside, seems they 3 individuals won’t extend the hand to a stranger.nnInterview process 2 out of 5nCompany living up to their values 0 out of 5nTrent, Jonathan, & Lindsay, communication skills -3 out of 5
