We moved overseas. They didn't properly pack anything. Its a guess game what we are going to find and where. We are missing stuff. They didn't follow procedures. We have a ton of stuff broken and scratched because they didn't wrap it. They refused to pack things that was allowed. They kept getting mad when they forgot to pack things. I caught one person going through my cabinets in the bathroom which I had told them not to pack anything. They pack one crate and the crate was busted on one side. The list goes on and on.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The communication is not very good. You call and nobody answers. The day before our move we were told that perhaps it wouldn't happen until the next day! Then the moving truck never came to our new place the day it was supposed to come. Apparently the driver came, realized that the road to our house was to steep and went back to get a shuttle. Two days later we are still waiting for our belongings.

I was giving a interview time and date and drove 45 mins out there to find out he wasnt there for the day. Very unprofessional place of business.

They just packed out our UB (quick shipment) for an overseas move. I wish they were our moving team for HHG. Tony and Nathaniel (I hope I got their names right!) were professional and polite. They took their time when wrapping and boxing our items. They also labeled each of the boxes and the inventory list in detail. I was very impressed.nnCommunication with the Stephanie (office staff) has also been prompt and courteous.nnI will update this review further (if needed) when our items arrive in a few weeks.
