I was impressed with Jack Rabbit - I've never rented storage from this company before. Sydney in the office was very helpful, even taking me out to view 2 different units in the rain. It was a fast & easy registration process and the entire process including viewing 2 different units, took about 20 minutes. No pressure and I got great customer service. Very happy with my experience there.
Whoa! Upon making my reservation online and emailing Jack Rabbit with a question, one of its staff called me back literally 30 seconds later, and not only answered my question, but offered a number of tips, tricks, and suggestions about how to make my storage process work smoothly. I initially chose Jack Rabbit because its reviews online seemed so glowing, and now I see why....its customer service is already terrific and I haven't even moved my belongings into the unit yet. Amazing!
Jillian was phenomenal with helping me out! She made sure I was happy with my choice and provided knowledge as needed! I will recommend this place to all of my friends.
The staff at the Hampton Blvd site were absolutely perfect. their professionalism is outstanding and they made me feel confident about choosing their location for storage of my personal belongings. I was given a tour of the Units and all of my questions were answered in a confident and honest manner. I absolutely recommend Jack Rabbit for your storage needs. I look forward to working with them.
