I was in contact with the owner of this company several days in advance for my move. My issue lies to the fact that we are going through tight measures with COVID you should inform your customer prior to booking her that you are not open. Instead under false pretenses you book me out.nnWhen you are running a business efficiently you make sure that your customer is aware that you are not able to come out. You should follow up with your customer via all the forms of communication you asked for in the initial time with speak to them. Leaving 1 voicemail does not suffice.nnThis is why I have a hard time truly dealing with certain companies. It should’ve been made well aware that some type of training was needed for you to return to work. FURTHERMORE, the fact that you are not fully up and running due to COVID should have been the FIRST piece of information given!
