Made reservations for pick up at 8am got the confirmation call, the lady was nice told me how to log in to do contactless pick up. When I went to do it it tells me I have to wait till 9am to do a hand pick up. At the location I saw some workers tried asking them and instead of answering my questions they were rude cut me off and ignored me. ud83dude24 Service here is the worst.

Worst customer service ever. Staff is always high smoking marijuana on the job. Staff was completely clueless. I will never use this location again.

Pick up was very easy because I did everything online. When I walked in to ask a question the manager was chewing out a worker as well as a customer regarding his storage unit. Unfortunately when checking back in I locked the uhaul keys in the car. The employees were absolutely no help... literally none at all and of course rude. Do not rent from this location.

After calling me to confirm my reservation, they called back to say the truck is at one location and the car carrier at another. Now I have to pick up the truck, drive somewhere else for a car carrier, then return to load the car. Complete waste of time! They gave me 30 extra miles on the rental to cover it, but that does nothing for the extra time I will now spend (at least an hour of back and forth). They tell me this less than 24 hours from rental! No time to change plans, no chance to go with another company. National HQ just pawns off the responsibility for their bad reservation to local affiliates. Shameful, unethical, and downright frustrating! Never work with these crooks!

AVOID AT ALL COST! I would give 0 stars if possible. Reserved a truck for 6 am and got a call that it wouldn’t be available until 2. No problem. Called before going to confirm (about 45 minutes) and they said everything was set and ready. LIES. Waited an hour in line after not being able to do keyless entry like we chose and was told the truck broke down in Pennsylvania. No sorry, no help, just pure rudeness. After expressing the urgency and getting upset they finally helped locate something else. It was near the size we needed and had to drive 30 minutes out of our way there and 30 minutes back. She sent us to a place that was already closed. Luckily they answered and sent someone to open it up and give us the truck. If this is how Uhaul treats their customers, especially those that are moving due to the military, I don’t ever wish to use them again. Corporate will be notified of this. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND RENT. I am so disappointed. We ended up having to get a whole other truck to accommodate and it cost us $400 more than we previously were quoted. We are so disappointed and upset over this. It made a stressful move already 100000x more stressful. THANKS UHAUL... NOT!!
