I've been a loyal client to Lee Nails for more than 6 years and I always go to Nancy for my nails and browz and Gaga for my feet and they always do an amazing job. But everyone there is so sweet and helpful and they do a great job keeping the place clean and organized. I highly recommend anyone to get serviced there.
I went here for the first time only got a pedicure With gel. The prices on the outside said 24.99 and I came out paying way more than that. The guy who did my pedicure wanted me to spend more money by getting my nails done. He was trying to pressure me into getting that done too. I told him no like 3 times and paid then left. He did a good job yes, but for me to pay the price for me and another person is crazy. Cause the ridiculous price was just for the pedicure. I wont be coming here anymore. I should have looked at the reviews before coming.
I went just to get my acrylic nails removed. Simple.nThis older guy came over and started yanking on my nails, clipping, using an artificial nail to go under the acrylic to remove it from on top of my nail... Usually nail salons soak off acrylic. I told him multiple time it was painful until I just had to tell him “No, stop!!”. He then gave me a bowl of acetone to soak my hands (as he should have) and walked off without a word.nAfter about 35 minutes of soaking, I was uncomfortable, annoyed and ready to go. I had to ask a different nail tech to file my nails down as I wanted to go and the guy doing my nails disappeared.nVery unprofessional, rude, and I will never go back. Glad I didn’t spend a lot of $$ here. They don’t care about customers.
Every time you walk in, they say 10 minutes like it’s a pizza delivery place. When I asked how much longer, they stated it would be a little bit longer. Then, they put in a chair. Once the lady got ready to do my nails, I told her their service was terrible. She said she cannot do my nails and I need to get out of her chair so she could help somebody else. At that point, I refuse to leave. We are the reason that they are open. At some point, we have to stop taking terrible customer service. I recommend that you find another place to go get your nails done.
I have PTSD and very bad anxiety. I have bitten my nails since I was a child; it’s a stress reaction and I have very little control over it on my bad days. The technician attending to me belittled me about how short my nails were and how inconvenient I had made it for her. She did not stop until my nails were done. I told her about a bubble in the polish and she pretended not to see it, holding my hand up to the light to “prove” nothing was wrong. NO ONE has a right to berate me, especially for a service I’m paying for. I won’t be back. It’s not worth the panic attack...
