I purchased 2 non-invasive lipo sessions through Groupon; scheduled an appointment for 11/14/19 though the app provided. Arrived early; sign on door said open but the door was locked. Waiting 30 minutes knocking NOTHING. Left a message requesting a call and refund...again NOTHING. Unacceptable and not how business should be conducted. Will be placing a formal complaint with Groupon and the BBB.
