Dr. Robertson was amazing once again. He previously worked on my son 8 years ago and i didn't want anyone else to do this for my daughter. I greatly appreciate his hard work. My daughter has fully recovered and we can all sleep peacefully. Thank you for everything.

The staff was friendly and professional in their demeanor. Dr Robertson was also professional in his approach to my particular issue and has a caring attitude. He was willing to have a discussion about my concerns. He gave me an option of how to move forward with treatment. I appreciate being involved with the approach to my care.

I have had 2 short visits with Dr. Robertson. Both times he was very courteous and professional. Would recommend him to anyone. Also PT with Tony who is awesome. Really tries to understand what you are trying to explain. Would also recommend him highly. I have never had to wait at the this location!

This doctors office is clean /safe (covid) the chairs where spaced apart and their was safety glass. Dr. Robertson is very friendly and you feel comfortable right away. He is very knowledgeable in his field.

I highly recommend Virginia ENT! The staff members are always friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Robertson is very kind and allowed me to have an urgent procedure (replace an ear tube which was causing pain) done the same day I called. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I was doing well after the procedure. I am thankful for Dr. Robertson!
