Fine to pick up holds and use computers, but not much else. Computer sessions are only 30 minutes. Often noisy with screaming kids galloping around while parents use computers and ignore the kids (which this sub-library encourages, like it or leave it). Good hours. Printer, copier, scanner available. Staff tends to be unhelpful, even hostile (I feel sorry for them). Close to food court. Good parking. Nice young kids' book section, specialized young kids' computers. Decent CD collection. No reference desk, nice newspaper reading chairs. You can see how automated book return sorter works. Useful as a library adjunct. No outside/after hours book return drop.

Thank you to Alexis for her help with printing last night. I was late for a meeting and in a total frenzy and a panic. Her patience and generosity was so appreciated! My bid was a success and I fully credit her help! I am sorry for being so emotional, but thank you so much for your professionalism and compassion.

Convenient, clean, and lots of outlets. It's laid out nicely so the noise from the mall isn't really noticeable at all.nnAlso, the librarians there have the patience of saints. Yesterday, one of them took an extreme amount of verbal abuse from a woman trying to print something and never raised his voice or lost his temper, even when she turned to personal insults. I would have walked away, but he just kept trying to help. Don't know his name, but I thought he deserved a good review for his professionalism.

The library is very poorly equipped, you want to use your electronic device but there is no place to charge it except one chair row. I saw one client trying to just sit on the floor to use one of the available power slot but was drove away by the not so friendly librarian. What's the big deal sitting on the floor trying to use his equipment. I had to wait almost 45 minutes before someone left on that row and I got a space to charge my power dead pc to be able to use it again. A third class world library.
