The Basil fried rice special with beef with the Tom Yan soup on the side is excellent. The Thai hot version is what I order. They give you a nice portion of food for the price. Staff are friendly. Definitely call ahead before ordering to avoid the wait. I'm definitely a repeat customer

Glad we tried this spot! Small, harder to find than some, but worth it. Food was plenty even for the lunch portion. Very friendly service, and yummy food. There was a line of four people waiting to go in at opening time on a Thursday at lunch time. There’s only 16 seats in the restaurant, definitely small and cozy. A lot of people do “to go” orders and I agree with a previous review that suggests to order on the phone before picking up. The dine in orders definitely got quick service. Very attentive gentleman who works the restaurant, we will love to go back again.

When my son asked me to pick up food from Ya's, I was surprised to see such a small restaurant. Don't let the size fool you! Ya's food was incredible. The food is fresh and vibrant and made to order. The portions are generous and the price is quite reasonable. My son lives 45 minutes away from Ya's now, and still requests an order whenever I am coming that direction. Definitely a place you want to visit again and again.

My family grabbed to-go from here tonight (first timers) and we certainly weren’t disappointed. We ordered the vegetable egg rolls, yellow curry chicken fried rice, shrimp pad see ew, fried bananas and fried chicken wings. Everything was fresh and the staff was friendly. We will certainly be back soon!

Absolutely amazing. Egg rolls are the best and most fresh I have ever had. I had a pregnancy craving and could eat 15 of these easy - we also got the pad Thai and it was the beast I’ve had. Can’t wait to eat through the whole menu. Give them a try, you won’t regret it. Staff is super friendly too. We came up from Norfolk and will keep on coming back.
