Between my Father in Law and my wife and I, we have 6 vehicles that we have JPG service and maintain for us on a regular bases. They are always honest and straight forward about what issues our vehicles are having. And weather or not it is a major priority or if it is something that we need to keep and eye on until the next service. I wanted to purchased a Big SUV and wanted to make sure that the model that I wanted to buy was reliable. I stopped by the shop and told them what I wanted and they advised me to look at another brand of vehicle. I did some research got one in Northern Virginia and I have had it 5 years with no major issues. Great advice!! We have brought 3 cars from JPG over the past 5 years as my wife and I both had over a hour to commute to our jobs, not wanting to rack up miles on our main vehicles and have always been satisfied with our purchases. My mom services her 2 vehicles there as well, and I always send people there who are having issues. I have been a customer just over 5 years. And as long as they continue with the quality service and fast work that they do there I will be a customer another 5 years without a doubt! Not sure about these negative comments but I guess you cant please everyone. But they have taken care of my Family and our vehicles and we appreciate it!!!

Completely dishonest. They seem extremely nice on the phone. They basically sell insurance wrecks and salvaged/rebuilt vehicles. Listed vehicle online as having a clean title when the title was branded. Wasted 6 hours of my time. You better ask for the VIN and get the Carfax before you head their way.nYou have been warned. They are ready and willing to take advantage of ignorant people.

They are not an honest group! The owner is a lier and is hungry for that dollar! Do not trust them!

Super nice and friend staff. Very reasonable prices for the things I have needed done on my car. Would definitely recommend them!
