Absolutely LOVED this place. Amy, our server, was the absolute sweetest & so helpful. We had the s’mores waffle & soup of the day as appetizers — DELICIOUS. I got the crabby bagel and could not have been more pleased & the loaded omelet for him... Hats off to the crew in the back, they definitely know what they are doing. We will be back!

Food is delicious. Servers are so warm and friendly. Love the seating arrangements. Gives a more romantic, cozy feel to your dining experience.

This is my fourth attempt to see if Bell Cafe can finally make up for the last (three) disappointing experiences. I went in at the beginning of brunch and ordered an omelette. I liked the sound of the fresh spinach listed as an ingredient. It came but without spinach. It was also missing a few other things so I asked my server when she came back whether I may have received someone else's omelette by mistake. I explained how the menu listed ingredients that my dish did not contain. She apologized and just said the chef must have forgotten to put them in. She did not offer to fix the situation or even have the chef make it correctly, take a percentage off of my check. Just nothing. I told her I was not intending to pay full price for something that I did not want or order. She finally conceded but I felt like a bad guy for bringing it up. At least I did not find an extra ingredient as I did at my third attempt but geez!

The food was quite tasty but the service was S-L-O-W. However, they were quite busy so it's possible they were understaffed due to COVID. I liked that every booth had a partition to try and keep patrons and staff safe. My son had the creamed chipped beef; I enjoyed the Addison sandwich. Both were yummy.

My first time there so to be fair I would try it again. This visit, the staff was the high point. My basic egg, sausage, home fries and toast were average at best. The coffee was was weak too. Service was outstanding so I will try again. Not what I expected from a coffee shop atmosphere. Especially at breakfast time on a Sunday morning.
