In my defense, I tried to call back several times and was unsuccessful and unable to leave a message. I always make sure to call back and/or follow up with all of my customers in a timely and responsive manner. We do jobs of all sizes, from one to thousands, big or small. I have been in business since 1989 and take pride in customer satisfaction.

I was recommended these folks by another company. I told Gregg the owner this when I called the first of 4 times in two weeks. I told him on my first call that I needed a 48 inch round table top in acrylic. He said he had a big job in and that it would cost around $200.00 to do. I said ok but he wasn't sure if he had that size. (4 ft round?) He said he would be glad to call me back with a price and a quote.nnGreg never called me back. It has been two weeks since that call. I actually called him two other times to remind him that I was still interested. Still not a peep from him. He says on his telephone message to check out his website. I did and he can make just about anything according to his website.nnApparently he is not going to call you back if he says he would even after several reminders. This really make me mad because I wasted my time with him because he said he would. Not the kind of person I would like to ever do business with. I guess his excuse is I'm too busy doing one big job.nnI do not recommend this business if you need a job that will cost around $200.00.
