Horrible since the pandemic. I give you guys once on extensions. I get that. And now we are on the 3rd extension and still you guys are screwin up the constituents. I have attempted almost1000 phone calls this morning alone. Nothing. It took me holding a silent protest outside their offices in June to get resolution. Guess it has come to that again. Piss poor

HORRIBLE! embarrassing! have been calling for over a month now and no one ever picks up - so rude and incompetent. These are people in need - the most in need, and you cant staff up enough just to have people answer calls? As a result, I have lost significant amounts of unemployment $$, since they won't do retroactive sign up even though it is totally their fault I wasn't able to sign up in due time. sad state of affairs...

I can't give them a number because I do not see the number zero. You can't apply online or over the telephone for unemployment benefits. Online was experiencing technical difficulties when I attempted to apply online and when it became available I received a message that I my application was due as if it was my fault. When attempting to verify my email address, I never received an email from VEC; still checking. In terms of getting someone on the telephone it's useless.

This agency is no help to anyone. Please explain how people call everyday and cannot get a single person on the phone? I am owed money since September and have received nothing. I have called and cannot get through to anyone. Even the complaint line does not connect. Why is it that jobs available to work at the commission have so many hoops and hurdles so that you cannot work there? They need a restructuring as soon as possible. If I could give zero stars I would. Help us and not hurt us!
