Called to verify at 3:42pm what time their lab closed. Was told they took their last patient at 4:00pm. Walked up to the window at 3:55pm. Was told that the lab tech had been busy so he left a little early. Not very patient centric. It is terrible anyone has too work hard.

Today I had an appointment for a 3D mammogram. The lady at the door took my temperature and asked a few questions and I answered. I asked her could I have a mask because the one I had was old. She said the mask were only for patients that didn’t have a mask at all. I feel if I asked and I was a patient I should have received a mask. And if you don’t have a mask you should have to reschedule. So I take it that if others don’t go out and spend their own money on mask like I did, you can receive a free one. Other than that the rest of the staff and mammogram tech was ok.

My father-in-law had a CT scan performed today by two of the most professional, kind and helpful techs we have encountered. Let me first explain that my father-in-law is 83, a double amputee and post-polio. He was a little more than anxious about today's procedure. Jody and Kelly immediately set his mind at ease and explained his procedure in detail. They expertly moved him from his wheelchair to the examining table and back with the utmost care. My father-in-law nearly insisted on using Riverside Hospital Diagnostic Center. Now we see why. Thank you both, Jody and Kelly, for taking such good care of him.nnJim and Wendy RossnChesapeake, VA

My doctor left and they would not put me with a new doctor. Instead, I had to make a new patient appointment and wait TWO MONTHS. One week before the appointment, they call me and tell me they cancelled the appointment and if I want a new one I will have to wait ANOTHER TWO MONTHS. The phone assistant said they will call back and try to 'help' me but DID NOT give me a new appointment and instead said I will get a call back. Thank you for hosing people over. Absolutely pathetic.
