Well I will not say that I was treated wrong or had a bad experience. My issue is mainly it was a long wait times, everyone was nice and polite. However when it came to my diagnosis I was a bit taken back. I answered all the doctors questions to the best of my ability, it turned out i had the flu. After she gave me my diagnosis she handed me papers for discharge without verbally giving me instructions on self care , she just assumed I would read all the documents given. If i wanted to read medical language I’d just Google my symptoms and not go to a facility. Flash forward a week I am feeling worse than I originally felt I now have COVID, I know this from going to another facility and them taking there time to help me and explain to me what’s going on with my body. Yes this is a urgent care facility and the main focus is getting patients out urgently. But damn remember we are people and we came to you for help, we pay for help, not misdiagnosis.

The staff were very nice and professional..i was out in 15 minutes...i was there a year or so ago with my daughter and it was the same hospitality and kinkness ...i recomend this urgent care over any %100

I went in for a covid test. The only negative experience I had was that charity rammed the Q-tip up my nose. I have been tested for covid 3 times prior to this visit and had never had anyone ram it up my nose like she did. I immediately tried to pull her hand away . Her explanation was that she didn't want me to get a false negative. So when she tested the second side, she pushed the back of my head towards the Q-tip while still ramming it up my nose. I didn't get a false negative any other time. I felt she didn't care. She didn't even provide tissues like they usually do once you have been tested. Not professional at all.

Staff is very rude, inconsiderate, & not helpful. Representative threats not to see patients in need because she wants to keep repeating the same thing over and over instead of trying to clearly answer the question. They show no empathy and are not helpful at all. Private owners need to review their staff.

This place is inconsiderate I would not recommend anyone going there. I came to get tested for covid and was turned away due to a $61 bill from 2011 when my last visit was in 2017 inconsiderate and very bad business with the climax of this pandemic
