Staff was very friendly, made a reservation but all the techs were busy, but they started our pedicures anyway. Sat they're soaking our feet for 30 minutes before one tech came and started mine while my wife sat and waited another 20 minutes before they started working on her. Cleanliness was a bit sub par, especially for the price. Some regular customers came in and the staff treated them like family so you can tell the really care.

I use to praise this shop now I am disappointed! This is the third time I’ve been disappointed. The service and customer service has gone down. Vi the owner is frequently unavailable and she’s basically the only one that does a good job. The last three times , there was someone else who did my overlay and it looked horrible. Three to four coats of polish are dumped on your nails making them look like a blob but then your told, that’s your nails. Never going back. Never.
My experience is always a great one. My coworker recommended their services and I fell in love.
