I love CB4 boxing, coach Leon is an awesome trainer and coach who pushes you. The morning boxing bootcamp is the best workout I've ever had.

This gym and all the coaches are great! I've been going for over a month now, and thouroughly enjoy my training there. The coaches are very knowledgeable, tough, but fun at the same time. Ages for boxers range from 6 and up (I'm 42!). Great if you are looking to change up your workout as well as those looking to compete later on in the ring. It felt like family from the beginning! Come check them out!
