My family and I eat here occassionally and I just need to say I have never been so disappointed. Granted, I never complain when we eat out, but today's experience warranted this review.nnWe were seated for about 15 minutes before the waitress arrived to get our drink order. Not a big deal, but then it took a while for her to come back to bring our drinks and to take our dinner order. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive. ​She was out of sight and didn't stop by during that time to check on us or ask if we wanted drink refills. I asked about the delay and was told that she was just busy and forgot. The restaurant wasn't busy, there were 2-3 tables in our section and the rest of the dining areas were pretty empty.nnOn top of all this, my order was wrong, which took additional time to get corrected. She also forgot to bring our dessert and was barely attentive the entire time. Customer service is lacking and I hope it improves!

Food was very good. Waitress was lovely. We were on a power trip to N.Y. from n.c. and back. And was the first time we actually stopped the whole trip to actually eat a meal. Had a funeral to attend and get back. My fiance got the burbon chicken skillet lite on bourbon sauce and I got the avocado bacon burger with fries. It was all very delicious. Best thing to eat for us.

Came in with 3 other groups, i was the first and the smallest. they got spots quickly and received food quickly, while i had to wait over 30 minutes to eat usually this wouldn’t be a problem but it wasn’t a busy day. Im hoping they didn’t do this because i was a different skin color because we gonna have a bigger problem.

We frequent Denny’s in Winchester weekly. The burgers are the best in the area. Paul is always our waiter and is a gem for this location. Paul makes us feel special and cared for.nThis location is always clean and the food is always good!
