Be a great place if it wasn't for the random homeless beggars that plague the grounds. Need to police the exterior from time to time!!
Horrible service. No pharmacist on-site. Personnel lacks knowledge and lacks the work ethic. It takes on average 1h to prepare tour RX after you are in-store and often they come up with the wrong items. No instructions and they will try to substitute what your doctor prescribes with more profitable brands. Rude staff. By the way, they are under construction and the posted sign with pharmacists names are missing. No responsibility at all.
You can NEVER get anyone to answer a phone. My daughter called after I'd been on hold for 45 minutes, yesterday, and hit the buttons as a prescriber. They answered that! Today, while on hold with corporate, the representative tried to call the store, and couldn't get through. Right this moment, I have been on hold for 20 minutes for a simple question!
Very polite the employees speak with much knowledge with regards to your medication and questions you may have the other location down the street answers with huh? Etc
Went here to pick up some meds, there was only one lady working in the pharmacy at the time but she still helped me very fast and got me on my way home within 30 mins.
