Should have read the reviews before choosing this pharmacy. There was a young lady who was training who was kind and a gentleman who offered to help enter my insurance. However, when I called to see if it was ready before heading to the store, the individual who answered (pharmacist I’m assuming) was rude, short, and dismissive. Asked about a price of a simple allergy medicine and was scoffed at. If you’re too busy to answer the phone, don’t answer it. Don’t be inconvenienced by people asking you questions - it’s your JOB. Find a cubicle that doesn’t involve customer service or people. Now I will try for a third pharmacy in this area because I have yet to find one with decent customer service.

Absolutely the worst Pharmacy I have EVER dealt with!! I have Rx at this location for over 5 years and it gets worse every single time I have to go in there. Not having my meds, waiting 45 min or more in lines, taking days to fill a Rx, claiming it will be filled by 4pm and not getting it done until next day, constantly claiming my insurance isn't working, when it is completely fine and nothing has changed. Had a Rx filled last week, no issues except for long line. This week they are claiming my insurance isn't working again..... Absolutely Rediculous.

Consistently receive poor service from the pharmacy staff at the Fox Hill Rd location. On multiple occasions I have received incorrect information from pharmacy staff and each person I speak with gives me a different answer. It should not be so difficult to get prescriptions filled.

I would give the pharmacy 1 star but because some staff members are nice, I will give 2 stars. I've had my prescriptions filled at this Rite Aid for years because it's so close to my home. For those years I've endured many long waits in line and waits after the quoted time given for prescription pick up because the prescription hadn't been filled. Because I've recently discovered the prices at Rite Aid are SO MUCH MORE than other places, I've decided to quit Rite Aid and am switching over to Costco--a 20 minute drive for me. A prescription I'd been getting filled at Rite Aid for $50 (my co-pay for this script) under one insurance jumped to $172 when my insurance changed (have a $5000 deductible before insurance kicks in so I pay the cash price) . I reached out to Costco and I'll get the same prescription for $16.80 cash. How come there is such a tremendous difference in the price???
