After waiting in line for 45 minutes in the drive-through pharmacy I am told that my prescription is not available. I have never seen such unprofessional unorganized pharmacy services. Never again will I go to CVS. Walgreens from now on! No respect for the customers’s time. 45 minutes only 3 cars in front of me. Ridiculous!
New pharmacy hours are horrible and keep changing. I keep meaning to move my scripts to the 24hr location. I liked the location before they started mucking around with the hours. They should close the location if they can't have later hours for the pharmacy especially on weekends. Right now it's a lame duck place holder to keep competition out.
This pharmacy is the best! No long lines and everyone is very helpful!
Right now I'm standing in line and have been for 15 minutes while 1 clerk checks out 6 people alone at the front while we're all standing less than 6 ft apart. Literally no one has asked the lady at the from register if she needs help in this rush.
I scheduled my flu vaccine online. I was super impressed with how easy and efficient the process was. During Covid it seems like not much is easy. CVS made this so easy.
