I feel that having Dr. Bachtell is lie Fresh air and having some one that really cares and almost like real family but having her and Tish together is a True Blessing. They are the Best.

The building was nice and clean. We separated from other people. When we went back to see the doctor the room was clean and the staff was mask up and cover.

I waited in my car for an hour plus. My temperature was taken along with my pulse but the results were not given to me. I was asked what my symptoms were, but given nothing to address them. I was told to go home and take tylenol. Once home for a day, I called to obtain something to help with nausea, pain, temp. I finally received cough syrup with an antiemetic and a strong NSAID. I called back to question the taking of NSAID and was told by my NP's nurse not to take and she would get back with me. That was 1/14. I have yet to hear back from them.

I changed to Dr. Bachtell from a friend's referral after dealing with a lack of confidence in the staff of another practice.nnShe has always been caring, thorough and always takes adequate time to address my concerns and overall well being. So glad I found her.nnPam Watson
