Been going to this practice forever. Wanted to try another doctor. I got a call from the office and was told that was not permitted after I already had the appointment. I've since left this practice after 17 years.

Dr. Bachtel has been my PCP for over 10 years. My experience with her has always been both pleasant and professional. Her nurse is also very pleasant. I appreciate human kindness, as it speaks to the character of a person. I plan to continue with this team of professionals for my medical needs.

I’ve been with this practice for many years. The professional office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The Doctors are knowledgeable and provide great care. I’m very satisfied with the service they provide. I was concerned when TPMG acquired this practice, but those fears were unfounded. My only gripe is that the online check in after the first time could be streamlined.

I have been going to the Family Practice of Hampton for a few years now. I have always been very pleased with my care there from the front office staff to my PCP. Dr. Nussen is top-notch in my opinion. She is always very pleasant and thorough at my appointments taking time to explain things and answer any questions that I may have. I am very appreciative of the fact that she is open-minded in her approach to my care as I like to tackle issues holistically. Thank you, Dr. Nussen, for being my PCP; you are the best!

Dr. Nussen and her nurse practitioner are wonderful. They take the time to listen and communicate in a professional way that make you feel comfortable and reflect that they care about their patients.
