I've been a patient with Dr. Mixon for over 20-years. Over the last several years, wait time for services seem to get longer and longer. Last week, I had an appointment and ended up waiting for over 90-minutes to be seen. To my dismay, after waiting for so long, I had to cancel and was given the option to reschedule. My co-pay was also refunded and the staff was apologetic. I ended up seeking medical treatment from another facility, which cost me more money than my co-pay. This is not the first time that this has happened.

Dr. Mixon is a good doctor but the wait time at his practice is agonizing.. scheduled for 1:20 appt. Seen @ 3pm. Had another appt. Had to leave and come back.. only to wait for at least another hour in waiting room and more time in exam room till they closed!!! My mother is 80 and needed to be seen for relief but I regret bringing her here. We where hungry, cold and sleepy.. looking for better practice for my mom.
