I went for my first COVID vaccine and they were absolutely FANTASTIC! The staff was so awesome and accommodating. Everything was so well organized and efficient. The nurse who gave me my vaccine doubled checked to ensure I was able to receive the vaccine due to the fact that I'm allergic to injectable medication - after approval was given the nurse gave my vaccine & and I went to wait in a NICE clean waiting area for 30 min where I was able to watch the OUTSTANDING cleaning procedures and patience of the nurses in the waiting area. If this is how they run an emergency vaccine clinic I'd go here for my primary care any day!!

I was going to Sentara group and not happy whatsoever with their practice and I changed over to Riverside yesterday and it's the best decision that I have made in a long time!! I was greeted with a open arms and I spent the most time being cared for that I have been ever at a doctor's office!!! I feel so comfortable and confident that my health is going to be back to where it needs to be now thank you so much Riverside I just love ya'll! There's nothing that could have been done any better !, everything was very professional kind and courteous. I recommend this practice to any and all people!!!

I finally got a primary care doctor. I had one appointment to establish myself as a patient there, all went well. I liked the doc. Then I got sick and they couldn't get me in for two weeks. Never went back. ☹ufe0f

Honestly do not waste your time and find another PCP. The front desk constantly messes up appointments. Getting a refill on MEDICATION is like pulling teeth with no form of communication about hold ups. Terrible customer service, worse doctors, Elizabeth Lakes Family Practice. Say it with the papa john's jingle.
