This is a late entry as I no longer attend this doctor due to an insurance change.nAnyway, the doctor I was seeing in my time there was Dr. Nequita Dowling. I didn't care for the wait time, but I enjoyed her attentiveness to my needs and the discussions we had about my care. I was upset that I had to switch physicians, but if she's available for you, I'd recommend her.

I had been seeing Dr. Aida Atiq since 2014. She is such a wonderful and caring doctor. She always checks on me and how I am doing. In fact, my daughter started going to see Dr. Atiq over two years ago and refuses to see any other physician. I was duped into going to a clinic for older adults. That was the biggest mistake I have ever made. I am now returning to Dr. Atiq at Mercury West. She is the best and most caring doctor I have been to during my 71 years of being alive. Thank you so much, Dr. Atiq, for your sincere heart for your patients. Blessings to you. (Unfortunately, the front office staff needs to be shaken up a little bit.)

I’ve been here going on 4 years and I’ve only seen my Dr ( Majumdar) three times. Her name Barbra or Debra who works at the desk is VERY rude and UNPROFESSIONAL.nnI’ve been waiting on a breathing machine to be sent to my home. I’ve been waiting almost two weeks they never sent my referral in to Roberts, when I call they never have my name in the system. Barbra claims it was sent off it never was. I called my Drs office twice because they messed up now I’m on hold been waiting 20 mins. This is unbelievable I suffer from asthma and all my hospital bills are going up. I’m going back and forth from hospitals. I HATE THIS SO CALLED PLACE OF BUSINESS DO NOT COME HERE, THIS WAS A BIG MISTAKE COMING HERE.

I was a patient here for 3/4 years and was probably able to actually be seen 3 times. My doctor was never, i mean NEVER available (Majudmar). I had cancer that i beat they never called to check on me, made follow ups, nothing. For physicals i would have to call them. Appointments that needed immediate attention would be scheduled for 6mths. to a year away. Not personable at all. This is no way a reflection of Riverside becuz i am with another Riverside provider and am absolutely satisfied. Riverside Mercury West needs to be shut down! The absolute worst experiences ever! Would not reccomend. Rating -1000.
