The most terrible Copart ever!!!nNo personal around to load your trailer.nI've been waiting for 40 minutes and no one in a lane but me! Terrible staff inside too. The Laziest people on all Hampton roads !!!nGive me an option to put 0 stars!nI do not understand why the management does not do anything? I've been working with this place more than 2 years and nothing changes!

Poor service you will be waiting for a long time to go inside to do paperwork and when it's time to go in the back to loaded you will be waiting again all together you will be a good 3 hours from beginning to end poor.

February'11 2021 I been there to pick up my vehicle, almost 3 hours took time to pick up my vehicle, customer service was good but others i am not satisfied at all.
