I bought a car yrs ago from.k auto center guy was nice and polite it was a very good experience love the car I had st time it was a 2004 chevy cavalier had no problem with it for yrs no one would give me a chance back then cause of my credit then but he helped and that green car was a good car if I had to go back there I would friend from.work at time referred me to go to him.his name was rufus

My friend went here when she was desperate and needed a vehicle, they showed her a car that they said they could finance for her. She tried to start it, and it wouldn't even start. They said they would fix it for her if she left a deposit on it. She was desperate so she gave them an $800 deposit, and left without signing any papers. When she found a vehicle elsewhere that actually ran, and was a nicer vehicle at a better price she went back and asked for her deposit back. She had expected that they would probably keep a portion of the deposit, but they kept her entire $800 deposit and pointed to a framed piece of printer paper that was at the top of the wall surrounded by all kinds of other frames (hidden) that said no refunds on deposit. The Motor Vehicle Dealer Board, the Virginia Independent Automobile Dealers Association, and the Police all agreed that what he was doing was wrong and advised him to give her deposit back, but since technically he didn't break any laws they couldn't force him to return her deposit. I will definitely be telling all of my friends about this experience so they can avoid being taken advantage of.
