They have great customer service. This is my second purchase from Wynne.My salesman Rick ( he sold me a car before)was awesome. He took care of us. He made sure my son was comfortable. The process was fast enough (had my own financing). Just like any dealership they offer things you don't really need but i expect that. Overall my experience was a pleasant one.

I Have to brag here a second first I was so scared today when going on that lot to purchase a car . I thought my credit score was kind of low and wouldn’t be good enough. I was serviced by Rick Edwards when I say he was amazing . He made this car experience one I’ll never forget.I felt proud of myself for one having a way better credit score than I thought and two he was so real ,so honest with us and he shared that joy with me of being excited about my credit score and that I was able to walk off the lot with a beautiful car for me and my family.You better bet I’ll be back with my fiancé when it’s her time to get her car because the experience I got today I would wanna share that with the world. It was fun and joyful . Everyone should have that feeling when buying a car. Thank you Rick Edwards for being so darn amazing and making my whole day one I’ll never forget.. See you again soon .

I took my 95 Mustang in to get three things accomplished and left with 1 completed. Thought for sure of all places that my favorite dealership would be able to fix my requests but it wasn't meant to be.nUsually I go with 5 stars but I can't this time. Wish I could but since I was charged like three things were completed instead of one the result is 3 stars.nI was given advice to go to another establishment that works on the items that weren't completed and they weren't any help.nI'll just have to like in misery.

I was T-Boned by an uninsured motorist, had my vehicle towed to WYNN Ford where they did a darn good job! Very nice folks! Thanks Cliff!

If you need a car and like Fords, ask for Al Jones at Wynne Ford.nnWe had a great buying experience with Al and Larry Loewenthal, as we were in the market for a new Ford Fusion and we were particularly interested in the Hybrid. We wanted a car produced in the United States.nnAl provided us the price and disclosed each and every discount that Ford offered, so we felt the price we were offered was fair. They were generous with our trade-in (a Fusion, of course) and were delighted that we left the dealership with both a Virginia registration and Virginia license plates. My previous experience (pre-COVID) was that getting your license plates took about 30 days from the dealership. This was a complete turn-key deal.nnOh, by the way: the car we drove off the lot had 26 miles on it. New car, full warranty. We took it on a trip and are still learning all the neat safety features built into the vehicle.nnRecommended.
