I live 800 miles away from Audi Hampton so, needless to say, I had my reservations. However, those guys did not disappoint! After working with me to get the price closer to where I needed it, Derrick sent all requested pics and promptly addressed all of my questions and concerns. Upon sealing the deal they put the car on hold for me until I could come get it a week later. Derrick picked us up at the airport in Newport News and took us straight to the dealer where we finalized the paperwork and met my new favorite finance guy, Sammy, to get the deal done. These guys were great from the start and the car was exactly as described. I would not hesitate to deal with them again!

Brent is the guy to see! Incredible customer service, communication, and patience. He worked with me over a period of months to help me find the right car for my wants and needs. The whole team, including the general manager and finance manager, did a wonderful job from start to finish.
