Bought a great car at a great price and issues found were repaired.
If you are looking for a dealer that needs four days to do an oil change, tire rotation and replace battery, this is your place! Of course they will tell you it will take a day but consider yourself lucky if that happens. No where near expected level of service for a Mercedes Benz dealer, even if you are a long time customer.
Went for 15,000 mile service on my Hyundai Santa Fe. The service team manager that I was assigned to was busy but one of the other team manager checked me in. I have had very good experience with the dealership and service department. I would recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a car.
