My husband and I were so upside down in our vehicle we currently owned, which was getting to small for my family. After surfing multiple shops Hampton Chevy had a vehicle that I had my heart set on. They were fair and more than willing to help us with our trade in and financing. Thank you to Sara for being so fantastic. We had a great time and loved the service while we were here. Good work, good quality. Best to have an appointment. (Work done.) Oil change and inspection and they threw in a wash job too.. thank you.nnJust wanted to give a big shout out to the Hampton Chevrolet maintenance department for a good job and well done in a time when they were filled to the top with appointments that somehow they bent over backwards to diagnose and replace the thermostat on my G M C Sierra 150 pick up. Job well done and appreciated..

Great team from the minute you arrive. I knew the car I wanted and Jordan Kent pulled it up for a drive, and I purchased it after some deliberation. I checked out 3 other dealers who had competitive pricing but all of them sounded like they would not be providing any after sale support with parts, service, warranties and scheduled maintenance. McKenzie Braley went over the extras and Mr. Lopez did a great job with the paperwork. Jordan provided printouts of all the remaining warranties, service history etc. The car was spotless and fuels and serviced. I drove to work immediately afterward and look forward to dropping it off for service once or twice a year to keep up with the free oil changes and inspections. All in all, a great bunch of very customer oriented people. Thanks!

When my husband and I came to first team Hampton, we of course were very skeptical and didn’t want to deal with the traditional salesman. But WOW I must say Jeff Spangler truly made us feel comfortable and like family. He truly knows how to make a positive impact on someone with the knowledge and customer care he provided us.
