I just got off to transfer between buses.
The majority of the time, the buses are early, extremely late, or don't even show up at all. Sometimes (a lot of the times) the buses just pass the stops they're scheduled to stop at. When they do pass the stop, and I manage to jog and catch them at a light, some drivers just look at me and speed off.
Now hampton roads drivers most of them have such a bad attitude do they understand the 6ft rule and do they take the hrt.drivers temperature before they start, they also need to set a passenger temperature site if you are wasting seven seats now they have a rule you cannot do a round trip if it is late in the night all the attitude drivers don't know which button to press to lower the back steps what a shame I rate hrt a zero for everything

Never on time and always with an attitude. Customer service is non existent. Leave 3hrs before if you wanna be in time because these bus drivers don't care about adhering to a schedule
