My best friend is from New York, and I pick her up and drop her off from this bus service on a regular basis. She has used the service for over 10 years, and never once has had a complaint. Occasionally, the bus service may run a few minutes late, as in 10 to 15 minutes, but otherwise, the trips are always straight through and worth the cost of the ticket, which by the way is very affordable.
Great prices to NYC. Constable busses. Nice ride.nBus drive need to be able to contact the local authority to remove someone from the bus when it's disturbing the peace.
They will definitely get you to New York and back. Usually ahead of schedule. Not the cleanest bus by no means.
I wish I could put zero stars. The Chinese purple bus broke down on the side of the highway on 11/23/19 at 8:21pm on the ways to Virginia Beach. We asking the driver what’s going on and he being extremely disrespectful. He better watch his mouth. Never would I ride with these Chinese company.
