They Never answer the phones. Rarely have useful information about the Gosection8.com website. Let alone useful information at all concerning Section 8. I feel this agency does not offer effective assistance or guidance to recipients, there is a lack of respect and attention. Landlords have the upper hand when it comes to any issues. Where’s the support? Do your Jobs!! It’s that simple. Terrible service!
What is it about Hampton and Newport News? I have yet to find quality customer service, especially within Government Offices.nI constantly come across individuals that seem to dislike their jobs. Mrs. Pankey needs a different job all together. She does her job as she sees fit, WHEN she sees fit to do it!! She needs to be fired!!nPeople in these positions are rude, unprofessional and do not go over and beyond to assist people that need them. They seem to do their job when they feel like it. Complaints just worsen the situation.nThe Worst experience!!nThere is a serious housing shortage in Hampton!nOverpriced shacks built in the 1800’s in ghettos.
