Don't change to AT&T. The worst experience I have ever had. I will say the young man helping me at the Coliseum Store in Hampton was very nice and tried to help me and he did get my phone back on but could not get me customer service to speak to but he was very nice and came to meet me as I walked in. AT&T needs to reach out to customers instead of hiding from them.
We have been with AT&T for years and have always had good customer service. Just recently we went to upgrade my husbands and phone and we worked with a gentleman name Greg Burnett. He was very helpful and he is very attentive. He explains every detail of what is on your bill. Awesome job Greg keep up the good work!
