Ms. Ty at the front desk was professional and very personable. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Will stay again if in the area.
Do not stay here. Zero stars. Rooms that are supposed to be non smoking are not. Smoke all over floors of the hotel. Management will take care of no complaints for smoke or noise. Waste of money if you want to sleep. Update: Management dealt with the situation when they were scheduled and refunded our money. My husband has such an issue with his asthma that we left to stay at another hotel, so I do appreciate the refund.
Nice and cozy stay. Not the best hotel ever but great for the time we had. It's located in the perfect location for all the food, beaches, and entertainment. I had my three children with so cleanliness was a must and so was safety. This spot was on point. Thanks Best Western.
A very nice stop over to continue our trip the next day. The bed was quite comfortable. Pick up and go breakfast was available
Place was clean and i liked the room. My only suggestion would be to stock to soda and snack machines and have atm's available so we can buy snacks.
